We write a shell press release with space for show details, artist information, a bio and booking contacts. This press release will be modified for each coming event. Then we identify local entertainment media contacts in the target city and identify some of the major employer HR department contacts, colleges, etc... (we do a city profile). Your press release is modified for the venue and date. Press release, photo, links to media and electronic press kit (if available) are emailed to all targeted local media, companies and schools. Your event is also submitted to all local event calendars including those hosted by local radio stations, newspapers, colleges, and national media. We send the complete package to the targeted venue to be added to their web site, update your web site and your MySpace account. Then we send a Promotions Report to the targeted venue. You get credit and a reputation with the venue for professional "self" promotion of your shows.
